Structon Construction Management was formed to give owners a serious, independent alternative when appointing a construction manager. We do one thing and we do it for one party.

We are never appointed by the contractor or the designer on the same project. Our commercial arrangements make our loyalty to the owner enforceable, not aspirational.

We do not tender for construction work on the same projects. The separation is designed so that the CM voice on your project is always yours alone.
