Through the enquiry form we collect: your name, company or organisation, email address, project type, indicative budget range and the contents of your message. We do not collect special-category data, and no data is required beyond what is necessary to respond to your enquiry.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given via the explicit unticked checkbox on the enquiry form. The sole purpose is to respond to your project enquiry and, where relevant, follow up on the proposal discussion you initiated.

Enquiry data is stored in secure systems operated on our behalf, with access limited to personnel who need it to respond to you. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

We will not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We will not sell your data. Where we use suppliers to operate our systems (for example, email and hosting), those suppliers act as data processors under contract and only handle data on our instructions.

We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to conclude the conversation, and for a limited period thereafter to keep an audit trail of the enquiry. If no engagement follows, we will delete or anonymise the data within 24 months.
